Changed your mind?

If you change your mind within 14 days, you can get a full refund. Simply send the package to:

Auckland 0630, New Zealand

Email us the tracking code once you have sent it within the 14 days from when you received the item. Once we have accessed that it is in its original condition we will process your refund.

I think my order has been lost.

If your order has been delivered and signed for, yet it is not your signature on the proof of delivery document, please contact NZ Post to start an investigation. We are happy to also look into it if NZ Post allows us to as the sender - email hello@afterstory.co. You will be able to find your tracking details in the email you received when your order was dispatched.

If there have been no physical scans on your order for more than 7 days, please email us at hello@afterstory.co so we are able to lodge an investigation with NZ Post.

Please note that during peak traffic times like Black Friday or Boxing Day, during pandemics, natural disasters or service disruptions, scanning and updates may be reduced.

Yes we do. Currently we are a small business so you will have to contact us in advance at hello@afterstory.co
